An online questionnaire is something that a client can easily fill out on their smartphone or tablet, and what’s more, it’ll give you the responses as soon as they click “submit”.
The great thing about using an online form builder like Google Forms, or JotForm is that you can then automate that task. So, when a potential client fills out a form on your website for a consultation, an email automatically fires off with your questionnaire.
